This week during their Deer Management unit, the Wildlife Management classes were honored to host the WI DNR Deer Program Specialist, Jeff Pritzl, as a guest speaker. He spoke on his time as an advocate for the state deer management program through hunting and communicating with hunters across the state, shared about his experiences with research on deer, and finally, on his general knowledge of deer and the impacts on the species here in WI. The students each got to ask a question and hear a response as well! Thank you to Jeff Pritzl for coming in for this opportunity during his busy “deer season”!

The middle school choirs had their dress rehearsal and t-shirt making party on Saturday. They have been working extremely hard to be ready for their performance of Sleepy Hollow, on Wednesday night (March 13) at 7 PM. Our high school choir took their state contest music to the middle school and elementary school classrooms. They wanted to work on singing with an independent solo sound, balance, and share their music with younger students. In their small groups, they sang three pieces, "Wade in the Water," "Sure on this Shining Night," and a fun song of their choosing.
